My experience with brinjal!




BRINJAL KURUMA


Ingredients:

Brinjal- one large cut into 6 pieces .
 1.pepper powder
  salt
  turmeric powder-
  coconut oil
The 1 item is mixed with the brinjal pieces and allowed to marinate for 15 minutes.

2.one large onion cut into very small pieces.
3. one large tomato cut into very small pieces.
4.one teaspoonful tomato souse.
5.one teaspoonful of coconut oil.
 6.coriander leaves ,curry leaves
Method of preparation
    Hot the pan.put one teaspoonful of coconut oil.when hot add a pinch of mustard. put the marinated brinjal in to the pan and stir it. After 6 minutes add the chopped onion pieces and then the tomato pieces.Add curry leaves After 10 minutes add the tomato souse.Stir.Add coriander leaves. After 2 minutes , your brinjal kuruma is ready.
