CHICKEN ADA

Ingredients
1.boneless chicken(250g)- -cut into small rectangular shapes.
2.pepper powder-1teaspoon
turmeric powder-1pinch
coriander powder-1teaspoon
chilly powder-1teaspoon
garam masala -half pinch
garlic,ginger(one small piece),one green chilly -crushed
3.coconut oil
4.maida-200g,salt ,water-mixed to form (like purees)
5.one large onion cut into slices
6.one tomato cut into pieces
7.curry leaves
Method of preparation
1 is mixed with the 2 and allowed to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the pan.Pour coconut oil.Fry the marinated chicken pieces.(Do not make too much crispy) .
remove the oil from the pan.put some oil(2 teaspoon from the above balance oil)into the pan.add 5.stir well.add salt .add 6 .stir well.add the remaining of 2.add curry leaves. add the fried chicken.stir. after 4 minutes remove the pan from the stove.now fillings is ready.
make small balls from maida and stretched to form purees(like) of 5cm diameter.
place one full teaspoon of fillings on one stretched maida and fold it carefully(like ilayappam).You can form 8.
hot another pan. pour coconut oil.fry 2 at a time.Now our chicken ada is ready to serve. A tasty home made 5 O clock tea companion.
